I am a warrior/[monk/assassin], my build is basically mostly all adrenaline powered. Dont wry about swordsmanship, i already keep 12+2 cuz i cant live without that, i put tactics up for healing sig and watch yourself. Strength i dont know, it matters what shield i use. I usually dont use my secondary proff skills. Factions only.

i got until tomm to decide if i wanna keep the gold shield and shiros sword, i got both for 6k together, the fiery sword got for 3.5k.

For fiery sword, should i switch to ele as secondary
For shiros, should i carry mending? is that life stealing thing worth the -1hp degen

Bound to the keys F1, F2 etc? They, like... let you switch weapons, quick.

Just use the vamp sword in battle and hit F2 when the fighting's done.

Mending is bad. Never even think of using it.

Just swap weapons, as previously mentioned. Mending for Warriors is less efficient than trying to put a fire out with petrol. Just stay away.

In regards to the sword, swapping to /E and using Conjure Flame is a good option. About the gold shield, if you like the skin or want a tactics shield, you can buy mods for it and mod it well (-3 while hexed isn't the best thing around). If you are low on money or don't want to mod it/don't like the skin, etc, then just sell it.

Absolutely positively 100% no.. you should not ever take Mending for any reason. Vampiric heals you for more than you lose to the -1 degen. Swap to a non-vampiric weapon when you're not hitting things.

All of those weapons are useful, with the Tall Shield being slightly less useful. Take them all, swap weapons when appropriate.

For warriors, just use +45hp while in stance, and +10 vs X mods on shield.
+30 and -5/20% is bad choice, just like sundering is.

+30 isn't a bad choice, -5/20% is. However, the OP is unlikely to have enough shields to have several +10 vs x, so he should have -2 (while in a Stance/enchantment) for now. Sundering isn't a horrible choice though why you bring that up here is beyond me.

Well, I'd take Shiro's Sword over the Sundering Shadow Blades because the mods aren't that useful. If your Monks don't suck (i.e, use henchmen/heroes), then you'll almost never get the +20%, and the AP doesn't get you much extra damage because of the average damage range. Sundering is more suited to higher damage range weapons such as axes.

ive decided to use exalted aegis for shield, i traded the str one for tactics

i also got another sword

pretty sure its

barbed salient sword of swordsmanship

so the bleeding thing is awsome, changed inscription from +5 energy to +15dmg over 50%hp

Barbed isn't very useful. You want:
-An elemental (Fiery/Icy/Ebon/Shocking) sword
-A physical (Sundering/Vampiric) sword
-Furious or Zealous swords if you feel you need them, but they generally aren't necessary

If you're using a Sword build, I recommend using these sets:

Furious Sword of Fortitude
Vampiric Sword of Fortitude
Elemental Sword of Fortitude

+30/20% shorter Blind
+30/+10vs Fire/Slashing (most common)
MAYBE
+30/-2 (stance)
+30/20% shorter cripple

Sundering is bad for Sword as the crits aren't high (unlike Hammer/Axe/Scythe), so I use Furious just in case I hit a double. But you'll want to bash around with either Elemental (against Warriors) or Vampiric (against squishies). Zealous is nice if you have energy skills you want to spam, but if not don't worry about it.

Since you are most likely using Sever Artery, Barberous slice or crippling slash which lasts like 20+ seconds, why do you need to extend it.

becuz degen is the most annoying thing, so i use sever artery (factions onle):
24 sec bleed x 33% = almost 32 sec bleed, and bleeding is usually what finishes off my targets in pvp

ah common dont tell me its barbed is useless, i payed 5k for taht sword lol

After 24 seconds, one of two things happen:
-The bleeding enemy is dead.
-You reapply bleeding and the 24 seconds restarts.

Barbed doesn't help you in either case.

Yeah condition extending mods arent that handy unless you change targets a lot or the conditions have a short duration ( like with "You're all alone!" ), and also in PvP people will most likely remove the conditions before it last its duration anyway.

You paid 5k for the sword, but the Barbed mod can be changed. We're not telling you to buy a new sword, but to get a better mod to replace to Barbed.

I do hope the sword itself had redeeming qualities (15>50, and gold at the very least), because the Barbed Sword Hilt mod is worth maybe 500g tops.. assuming you can find a buyer. I think most would just sell it to the Merchant.
