Hi
For the tetsubo , i don't know. For the daggers, it drops during nahpui quarter (mission) , from vermins outside senji, and chests around that area (from guildwiki  ).So, i think , if you want inscriptable daggers, you can't

yes someone i know got aureate insc and i got a tets from halls..
so only way is to farm HoH |
