We are people Still using glads defense? and bringing 2 to many heals?

nope, no factions, dont want it, prophecies is time consuming and fulfilling enough, lol. :-) ... i bring Glads D becuz its a good dmg dealer and gives me a chance to apply Vig Spirit, as well as spamming as much cyclone axe and executioners strike as i can while its in effect. the 2 too many heals, as i said in the original thread, are optional slots. i like to have em just to stay at or near full health while tanking 20 trolls. with the cycle of bonnettis and cyclone axe, there isnt any room for any more attack skills there, so what would you suggest? as well as what elite would u suggest?

Yes Glads D is a great damage per miss-37 with tatics helm plus Sup rune[T 16]
Triple chop hits as high as -81 [with exc helm plus sup rune, axe16] and can be spammed like cyclone just longer recharge.But you dont have Factions.

Glads-cyclone-bonneties-exect-dismember-Thrill of Victory-sprint-Live

With Factions go Heal8, Axe16, Tat13

Shield stance, cyclone, bonnetties, Triple chopper, Exect, Furious Axe, sprint, Live gl

Not sure where all the Troll hate is comming from, gold Fells still sell and trolls still drop em like there hot.Not to mention the collector.

W/E Troll farming works wonders too..

Whirlwind + On Your Knees = Infinite Glads Defense.

But OYK is a factions skill.

Yeah, the triple chop version works much faster with a vamp/zealous hilt on. (I rarely use mending) And shelter is a lot better than +30 hp with trolls.

Thread necromancy ftw, the build in theory could still work i guess. But it's worth noting that this run/route is no longer all that profitable due to loot scaling, as well as the enemies ai being changed to flee from AOE.

Seriously though, there isn't a need to bump a year old thread to say you're going to try it. No real profit it in nowadays though, with loot scaling and AoE nerfs and stuff. Not in HM either, so there isn't much chance of getting golds or tomes.
