Well, actually, I think that Razah is actually in either prophecies or factions, or you need both to get him eventually

The reason I am saying this is because both Olias and Zenmai, heroes that you need both prophecies and factions versions to get, are LAST in the list, followed by Razah.

It wouldn't make sense if you need Prophecies and Factions to get Razah. It was Nightfall that started the "Heroes system." Olias and Zenmai are just bonuses if you own the last 2 chapters of GW.

I doubt it that Anet would be insulting their own customers.

Anyway, as someone posted before, It would be plausible that the Doppelganger is or at least related to Razah. The Doppelganger appears to have the same appearences as things that exist on the Demon realm, like Margonites, Roaring Ember and Djinis. That and the fact that it can be any class.

It says that there are only 15 heros in nightfall....meaning razah is the 15th and last. You get him by doing a quest given in gate of anguish.
