Uhh...more like you haven't learned to PvP enough?
Axe Warriors can heal themselves just as well as Sword Warriors, but they don't NEED TO when there's a Monk right there and then doing his job.
The choice to heal or not doesn't depend on the weapon, but on the choice of the player. You're basing your argument on something you saw one or a few people do, and now you're stereotyping the whole population of Warriors.
Anyways, this is becoming a flame war, but seriously, learn to play.

Do you live on another planet or something? Because I'm not seeing that on Earth too much.
Here's an example: I expected that you would be like the majority of other "newbs" and actually take the time to learn from people who know how to play, but, as we all can see, I'm not getting what I expected.
EDIT: Turns out this thread ended with him getting banned...and I'm not surprised. O well...*moves along*

No. Players believe that about Axes because the results confirm it every single time. Swords have advantages in areas that are not relevant to PvP. If you want to use swords in PvP for fanboyism reasons, that's totally your call. Just be aware that you are indeed running a build that is fundamentally inferior for the task you're trying to accomplish.
Edit: Nevermind. He got banned. Rofl.
