Standard GvG Balance:
W/E - Shock Axe
W/E - Shock Axe
R/Mo - Crip Shot + interrupts
Me/Rt - E-surge + Diversion + interupts + Enchant Removal
E/Mo - B-surge + Draw + Ward against Melee
Mo/any - WoH monk
Mo/and - RC Monk
Rt/D or Mo/E or E/Mo - Flag Runner
This build is good because of it's versitility.
Warriors are the offense or front line of the build. They deal the damage and cause the red bars of the other team to go down.
The mid-line is the Ranger, Mesmer, and Elementalist.
-the ranger allows for versatility by snaring with crip-shot, ganking ability with natural stride, troll unguent, and mending touch, and also gives shut down via interrupts.
-the B-surge is mostly for defense at the stand. Shuts down the Warriors on the other team via Blind + ward. Also keeps our warriors clean of blind with Draw.
-Backline (the monks) keep the red bars up
-Flag runner Does a whole bunch of stuff but mostly just keeps the flags coming in to the stand and defendes against ganks. They now have the role of party heals.
The main reason why warriors are used to be the offense, instead of necro or ele and such, is because they have huge DPS and also have the ability to cause much more pressure on monks and midliners. Simply put, the warrior is the best class at bringing down red bars.

well here's a thing on shock warriors:
Shock gives exhaustion, which can be big problem for warriors because of the low energy pool. Dragon slash build on the other hand, doesn't have energy problems because most of skills DON'T use energy. I already modify my build to have healing signet on it, but I'm still going to keep flail and enduring harmony so I can have FGJ last longer and spam D-slash more. After all, I could say Beowulf in the movie and in the epic is a Dragon-Slash spammer with his famous Hrunting.

.... 70+ posts of people telling you to do otherwise... you don't absorb much do you?
Dragon Slash builds arent supposed to use energy.. Hence why theyr called 'adren builds'. Exhaustion on wars isnt a terribly big deal... Most skills are adren based anyway... and shock used sparingly (as in when needed) is a great skill to have on your bar. Flail is not for PvP! I know about 25 people have told you this already, and have justified why so I dont see why your so persistant at being Wrong Enduring + FGJ = PvE... no need to say anymore.
btw.. that pic is rofl

Your question is very vague. What class do you want to play and what purpose do you want your build to be for?
Making your own RA and AB build that is actually GOOD isn't hard at all. You just need to think, "What is it that I want to accomplish with this build?" I will try to answer your question the best i can without actually knowing what class you want to be...
In AB, it is probably going to be capping shrines. With this said, you need a good running skill, damage, self heal, and some utility/shutdown. Now, look at the skills of the class that you want to be and add as many of these things into the bar as possible in the most affective way as possible. For some classes, it will be hard to fit all of these in so that is where you may have to rely on others to do some for you, like a monk instead of self healing or a ranger instead of utility/shutdown, ect.
In RA, you should look at the same concepts. You may not necessarily need the running skill unless your a someone who most people will run away from. Basically, you need a build that will accomplish a specific goal, whether it is shutting down healers, dealing a bunch of damage, shutting down the other teams damage, or keeping your team alive. Honestly, the best way to win in RA is to be a good monk IMHO because teams generally suck at everything, so as long as no one on your team dies, you can't lose...
