i'm a total noob.

I need advice on UW, I always aggro tons and tons of Aataxes and get slain (W/Me build).

How to proceed in UW? First you get the quest from the ghost right? Then how you make it to better farm areas?

You need to use Sprint or other speed buff to get away from Aatxes.

I'd go for that W/Rt for start.
The page says I need +30hp -5dmg (20%) shield n' stuff, where I can find such items?

You don't actually need them. I've been running it with 45/-2 Stance shield without problems

W/Rt is the easiest farm in UW that exists, you can almost do it with your eyes closed, but its profitable so its good
