Battle of Turai's Procession
I was about to start farming the Battle of Turai's procession and someone told me that it is no longer viable due to the nerf to Splinter Weapon. Is that true or not.
If not can it only be done with this Splinter/Barrage EOE skill setup or can another profession do it as well?

Splinter weapon was nerfed and the farm is no longer viable with ranger/rit or rt/r, Splinter weapon doesn't damage all adjacent foes anymore, only a few.
As for other builds, I don't know...

yeah, don't bother...i tried in nm and couldn't even dent the 1st wave....used to be able to do it in HM...i even tried swapping speed buffs for extra damage spirits (toxicity, fw, ww, etc.) and nothing...

You could try the QZ/EW Echo Dust trapper, and trap by the spawn...Oh, wait.

Trapping wouldn't work because they don't cluster up immediately on that spot and also there are a ton of monks that heal like crazy.
I reccommend E/A gloom build but you will need a monk hero with life barrier and bond if you want to stand a chance against 6x200+damage Mystic twisters (thats on HM)
