Storys?
If you have been to LA recently you will have noticed the mass ammount of people gathered in the center around a couple new npc.. these npc have free very NICE and UNIQE gold items/weapons for anyone who can give them "Authorized" story of famous GW NPC (the story books can be Recieved from a new scribe npc near by) so i have a few questions for anyone who can help me.
First- are these storys good for farming i trying out the warrior story one last night but my Girl Friend call and demanded i come see her becuase shes more important X( talk about bad timeing lol but anyhow i didnt get far so i wasnt able to see any loot drop or to see if the drops are nice so if you could shed some light on i would love you.
Second- has anyone completed them yet? If you have me/my guild could use some tips on some of the storys.
Third- do you have to do all the missions? i noticed that the first three missions in my book display the name and have a green check mark does that mean they are done for some reason? or must i go thru those missions also?
Forth- does anyone have any items yet? i would like to see some of them better if possible the icon pictures just dont cut it.
Thanks for your help

You have to complete each mission to beable to Authorize your book to turn in for any item... each mission has its own book, and own scribe to turn them into for diff skins. You can do them as many times as you want, and also can get up to 3 books by doin the mission again after completing it once on any char... you do the discoveries while in the mission to unlock the extra books to be authorized... which makes it quicker to get more items. You can do the missions or books as many times as you want with any char... but the bonus books can only be earned once for each mission for your whole account. So, thats 3 extra books for each mission (12 total bonus books) that can be unlocked for each account.
I also got Undead and Mursaat daggers for my sin, and Undead Axe, Shield, and Sword for my warrior so far.

What's the difference between the "bonus books and the regular books?".
So their is a limited amount of items you can get from the missions? Or can you re-do the mission 30 times and get 30 items?

The undead are the only one's that look nice IMO, but yet again it's the hardest mission, since you're a fat ass warrior with healing sig and endure pain as your only healing, and they have a lot of signet of rage and degen enemies, meaning they can easily spike your ass or drain your health.

I think the difficulty of Turai's story will depend on your experience playing a warrior. He has a fairly good build; skills 1 and 8 are insane. Healing Signet and Endure Pain are more than enough healing with "For Elona!" spam. I think I used Endure Pain once, when the signet smiters on the bridge tried to spike me. Dragon Slashing Flesh Golems to pieces is fun.
As to the OP's questions:
1. You can't "farm" the missions. Complete them and then authorize the book to trade for unique-skinned req.9 inscribable weapons/offhands. You may do this as often as you wish, but the weapons are customized.
2. Go go wiki! http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Mission..._Mission_Pack)Spoiler Warning. Don't click if you don't want them spoiled, yada, yada.
3. I don't really understand your question, but you don't have to do them all, no. If you only want the weapons, then just do the corresponding mission, e.g. Gwen's for Charr weapons, Turai's for Undead, Saul's for Mursaat, and Togo's for Tengu. Try Wiki for the particulars of how the Bonus weapons are obtained.
4. All the weapons are being added in the screenshots forum, go figure. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10226261

There's a bug atm where you only have to complete mission #3 and the book will become filled with complete missions so you can get it authorised.
