What the hell do you mean smart sins don't spike in PvE?! If you want someone to do AoE and put pressure on a mob, you get a nuker, not a death blossom sin who has a good chance of getting whomped in the first seconds of the fight. Spike sins are just fine in PvE for singling out important enemies like monks and rits.

Spike sins work with Sin's Promise.

Otherwise they are down so long its not funny.

With sins promise an IAS and a shadow step/dash/dark escape

The assassin is able to constantly dance around enemies killing them extremely fast.
