I Have a lvl 12 Derv that has a pretty good build but i don't want to take so much time on training him since im going to college. So i ask you guys what is the best place to power lvl and why thanks for the help fornor.

If you are in Nightfall, just do the quests, in a few days of casual playing, you should be level 20 in no time. Power levelling just costs money and the amount of time it takes to find one will end up being about the same.

Time levelling or time levelling + cost of power levelling and scrolls.

Just play the game. It's easy, promise.

Powerleveling has no purpose in this game. Just do some quests.

yeah , thats right but what if you have 0 deaths at lv 12 and trying to power lvl for survivor

edit: to op get some scrolls and do the missions and quests
if you want to power lvl get to tyria look for ferrys to consulate docks from kamadan then a ferry to tyria then you need a pro runner if your going survivor make them know you will need a run from lions arch to beacons from beacons to droknars forge might be spending like 5k to 6k to get to droknars forge you will need scrolls for exp and you will find a few players that will help you powerlvl for a price from 1k to 2k per lvl

if your going for survivor, and you do it dishonestly, WTF do you want the title for?

The title is supposed to reflect on your skill/preperation for playing the game. Not having someone else play the game for you.
Go through the game, do the quests, if your going for survivor start over, you'll get better.
If your not going for that, just do the quests play the game, you'll make far more money, and have much more fun. You'll also accomplish cartographer title along teh way. Instead of doing what im doing now and after 2 years looking for quests to give me reasons to go places =P

if you go to factions, and do all of the quests in kaigeng city (the place you come into) then you should level up fast because the quests are worth 2000-4000 exp each.

huhuhu.. i seen someone lvl 10 wanted to join mission at nahpui quarter.... i mean wth, he'll just be a burden to the rest of the party coz he'll die in one slash of the star blades...

now i guess thats one way of power leveling...... not really care if mission succeed or not, as long as he got the experience.... lol

to OP... go do quest !!!

hahaha. you are WAY more likely to die farming trolls than doing quests.
