I have seen 350 dmg with met shower on a frenzy warrior.

I think that says more about how bad some people are at using Frenzy, rather than the quality of Elementalist spells. That being said, I do enjoy lighting up warriors who Frenzy spam.

It says more about how bad some players are at getting max armor before entering PvP.
