Hi, I was wondering what exactly triggers Rastigan to run towards the Tower of courage. I've just recently started dual farming with a friend, but our run always ends prematurely due to him rambo'ing into the shadow army.

The single closest group of abyssal, and 2 rangers from rastigan. If you kill that group consisting of 3 monsters rastigan will run forward to the base of the tower.

Clear abyssals from backside, after killing the shadow army, then there's no worries.

Not sure, since I wait till we clear the left side but does accepting Tower of Courage trigger anything?

Just clear the shadow army, do the abys clockwise, let Rastigan run up and do his thing, and then once he's safe in his little hut you can just take the quest and immediately accept the reward.

can anyone help me with the dual monk build in fow i run the same build i use in uw and it takes for-ever to kill things in fow

just go mo/me with spirit shackles....be careful with abysals, only take 1 group at a time

Except that it's dated because of the WoH buff. You can't legitimately make that run anymore in HM with Fleeting Stability. Sympathetic/Ancestor's Visage and Spirit Shackles have pretty much been made a staple for this build, unfortunately.
No more mass aggroing the Abyssals for me
