My opinion is that since you are a monk & energy management is so important I would tend to lean towards mostly radiant with maybe 1 survivor. In some of the elite areas, energy for the monk can tend to be a huge problem.

are you making a dervish or is this for your monk. if it's for your monk you should probably post in the monk section of the campfire.

survivor, as usual. radiants are stupid for almost every character. more energy is NOT energy management.

Dervs have great e-management if you know how to use them.
If you're new to Dervs start with Radiants or just play Lyssa.

I agree with Coloneh...Dervs have pretty good E-Manage for example, [skill]Attacker's Insight[/skill]

survivor all the way
Carry a energy +5 scythe and maybe a +20e staff with you if you need the energy boost for the avatar.

Actually I prefer the defense insignias for Derv. But if must use something else, Survivor. The only reason to use Radiant is to prevent [skill]avatar of melandru[/skill] from getting knocked out by DP. But there are much better ways of avoiding that problem.
Otherwise, you don't need energy. With lots of management options and 5E attacks, 25 energy should be more than enough for normal skills. If you find yourself running out of energy, you are doing it wrong.

Survivor's without a doubt. Swap up for Melandru (and precasting enchants).

Survivor's.
More life > energy.
As Coloneh said, more energy is not energy management.

I sometimes use a mix of radiant and survivor runes but I wouldn't go full radiant it's better to use an energy management skill or better yet use a zealous scythe.

QFT. If you can't manage your energy, having an extra 1-7 energy isn't going to make a difference, you'll still run out of energy.

I use Blessed instead. I have one armor set with a couple runes of Attunement on it - that's mostly for a quicker start with Melandru, although it also makes Norn blessings last longer (I know, for shame) - but as far as insignias go, radiant just doesn't help enough. Only place I use it is on heroes (even then I collect insignias rather than buying them).
There are certain situations - mostly against armor-ignoring damage and trying to trigger "your HP > target's HP" skills - where going for the 40 HP from Survivor's helps a bit, but in the average case - between those and non-armor-ignoring damage - I suspect +10 armor helps you live longer.

If you're starting out, go Survivor...Keep your character around longer and more HP is good to have. Later on, though, it might be good to have an armor set with more energy for builds that need it; Besides, Zealous scythe and a couple adjacent enemies and you'll be back up in no time
