Rodgort's Invocation Nerfed!
Ah well, such a good thing couldn't last I suppose. I just don't understand why they nerf specific skills. Surely Rodgort's Invocation wasn't TOO powerful, and ya I'd agree with the nerf if the energy cost was something like 10-15 but at 25 energy, you get what you pay for, a high damage low recharging skill, but now that it's been changed to 8 secs recharge, the energy cost may aswell have been reduced.

What do you guys think? To be honest, I'm still gonna use this skill & I'm not THAT annoyed about it, but just wondered WHY it has been nerfed really. Is it permanent do you think?

I have felt this skill way WAYYY overpowered for a long time.
huge damage+burning+nearby AoE range is just to good on only a 5 sec recharge without exhaustion slowing you down. Sure it costs 25 energy, but that matters hardly at all when you can spam mind blast(also was nerfed in the last update) to refuel quickly and efficiently.

When I ran Mind Blast+Rodgort's, I rarely casted RI immediately when it recharged anyway... MB and RI really weren't hit hard at all.

40/40 set wurks wunderz i herd.
Honestly for PvE, this didnt effect much. MB Either. 8en back with a major and still have 575 health and still works as it used too basically (the 1 second isn't that detrimental)... ok.

I wouldnt say that this skill was nerfed, the recharge was just overbuffed since last summer or whenever they did that. Matched up well with the recharge time on Icy Veins for mixed spike teams, plus those 2 skills have different elemental damage so no shield +armor mod would cover it all. Every damn fire ele in HA was carrying it which says alot. Lets face it folks, whether u use dual attune or MB for e-management, this skill had too much going for it and needed tweaking.

Not straight in the topic but i feel that this wasn't really a big nerf. Just maybe little balancing. Doesn't change my gameplay too much. 14 fire still gives 8 energy with mindblast and 40/40 FTW.

RI obviously had this coming since the day it was over-buffed.
Come on folks, did anyone actually think that 5 second recast wasn't overpowered, especially with skills like Mind Blast and dual attunements already in existence?
I'm surprised it took this long to this long to nerf it, and I'm surprised it was only raised to 8 and not 10.
