I've got a younger Paragon, but I tend to lean more towards physical henchies and heroes and healers.
I usually use a Hero healer, as I can usually set them up better than the henchies are set up. Then using a warrior or dervish, or perhaps both as the other two. A dervish with some of the damage inducing paragon buffs can be quite a handfull, inflicting burning, extra damage, or dazing up to 3 targets at once. Quite nice.

Needs teh Proph for Dark Fury, Master of Whispers might well be replaced after that
Other buddies are Morgahn and Koss (Tactics), the latter soon to be swapped for Hayda.

That's what I run too. In physical hate areas, it depends in what I feel like bringing.

I usually set up as this:
Hayda-SoR: OQCjUqnMKOF5YcKuC3h5wrb5NA
Major Mot. on Head, Major Spear, Minor Leadership, Sup Vigor (I think she's one of the few heroes I've given one of those too lol), reduce blind rune, and Centurions Insigs. For equipment, she has a Furious Spear of Fort, with a 15^50.
Morgahn-Either Divert Hexes or SoP:
Divert: OQOk8Ul5JjiDQuDriDxx4pPnWeD
Same set up as Hayda, except I found he does better with radiants and a +5 energy weapon-I notice he doesn't like to use his adren. shouts as often as he should and instead will just spam the hex removers. Some people prefere an Expel para-see Racthoh's link for an example. I found that the hero won't use Expel that well...and it has a long recharge time.
SoP: OQOk8Ul5JjiDQuDzhTxxYRcFReD
Same setup as Hayda.
For the third hero, I've been experiementing around. So far I've had success running Pyre as an Anthem of Guidance guy-don't have the build handy though, but it's basically Go for the eyes, anthem of guidance and anthem of envy. Put points into command and spear-I threw some into expertise and brought Whirling defense. Again a Furious Spear of Fort with a 15^50.

Modified sabway. Sabway is already pretty resilient most of the time, a well-built paragon will take it to another level.

With just three heroes, it depends on the difficulty. I either run Hayda as cruel spear with command (anthem of envy, anthem of weariness etc), or if it's more difficult she's SoR.
Livia as SS, Barbs, MoP, Splinter weapon, Ancestors Rage . (<3 Splinter)
Jin as Barrage/Broadhead, savage, distracting, splinter weapon.
When my husband and I both bring our paragons, we basically run modded sabway (but with moar splinter!) with a SoR motivation, Cruel/Stunning command, and a broadhead/barrage.
(all of our paragon heroes run 10 or 12 points in spear mastery at least, and have vicious or swift javelin, and another attack skill (Wild, holy spear, depends on the area) . Because paragons who do no damage are ftl! *points to all those staff paragons out there. )
