Was it really that imba to have that done to it......
Recharge:30
Duration:5-15
Recharges 50% faster if cast on a moving foe....
My suggestion
Take away half cast range since you decided it was to good...

My Suggestion:
Leave it dead, since it was an horribly overpowered skill that had that nerf coming.

30 Second recharge was a little much maybe 15 seconds would have been good...

When it comes to Izzy's personal preference being enforced as Anet's "Skills Editor", nothing is too much... They should change the updates section title from "Skill Updates" to Izzy's Skill-Modification Preferences."

Deserved the nerf. Was vastly overpowered and overused. Problem solved. GG.

Can you please prove that this is merely Izzy's preference, since most good PvPers have been begging for these nerfs for a long time, as I have said already.

I see Parasitic Bond used from the Necro line because of the spam ability, also has some stuff like Rigor Mortis, a hex which will prevent your target from blocking.

>.> It really bugs me how PvP players whining about not being able to cast Remove Hex affects PvE so much. Said skill is used for running/on regular PvE bars, as it was fine in PvE. A PvP dominated skill bar is a tad too...hm...unbalanced? Irony much?

Eles were hit even harder, no grievances there. But I'm very VERY happy with the Warrior buffs.

What kind of usage did this have in PVE? Also, this was like the best snare evar.

I used it a couple of times in 4-man areas to snare a pesky physical. Then again, I'm weird
