i didnt say there is no counters and i never said it was the most effective build ever.

I can think of another. Removal of augury. AND 2) (I only know this cause I have versed shockwave spike in ha) When they cast dark prison on you(wich you don't have a speed reduction skill anyway) if you are moving away from them you can succesfully move out of shockwave range. Thus taking no damage.

Edit: Or maybe it was you only take the damage from it bieng the farthest away. Hmmm, I know you won't take the full damage. Unless it is only invulintary shad steps such as AoDeath and Sw then you should be able to kite away from the damage.

I'll give you that it can score a quick kill, but you have three big issues here:

1) People are going to kite. Black mantis thrust helps, but you'll still spend a lot of time chasing people.

2) No defense. This is kind of a big deal in RA.

3) No sustainability. You're not going to have the energy to keep spiking with any kind of regularity.

But you will most likely explode one person per match, which can be fun.

It's funny, you discounted his build, but any 'block' defense will kill this.

But defend it as you will.

ok this build sucks but since its for lower pvp then its funny to watch people go boom in RA...specially squishy monks who think they can outrun me.
but anyway besides block and kite and the other problems the build is fine for low end pvp. it looks like fun and i may try it when i get home

many counters
its a shame that the only people who ever post are the people who are geared for more serious playing.

If you fill the optional with [skill=text]Way of the FOx[/skill] and rehash the attributes a little(superior rune on a melee ele without defense skills O.o.)
You cover a part of the counters, It also needs [skill=text]Lift Enchantment[/skill] though and it would make mince meat of [skill=text]Shadow Form[/skill] assassins.

I saw something similar to this in RA except the elite was Ride the Lightning. Pretty damn powerful I had to say, I was on my ranger and I would have died if I wasn't able to chuck a dshot in the combo (I hit twisting fangs)

i saw many ride the lighting dagger spikers a while ago. Pre horns nerf. they seemed to die out after that but i found for some funny faction gain ride the lightning in RA is good
