Yeah, at first it might not seem all that great, using 3 skill slots just pump out one skill more often but if you look at the build I linked to, then you'll see it can also lead to more splinter weapons, more spirit rifts and more OoS.

Not too shabby for some of the best dmg dealing skills ritualits have.

On a side note, why hasn't that build been vetted yet?

a channeling bar without splinter, is like riding a bike without a saddle. It can be done, but it will hurt.... alot...

This would require you to witch targets quick, AND you need to have enough targets.
Targeting allies isn't as easy as foes(hotkeys).

[skill=text]Putrid Bile[/skill], [skill=text]Spirit Rift[/skill] and [skill=text]Ancestor's Rage[/skill] cast on minions with [skill=text]Death Nova[/skill] worked well for my Rt/N.

not a rage-centric build per se, but rage plays a key role. also targetting minions is really annoying.. so if you don't like that then there's not much point wasting attribs in death magic for putrid bile.
