EDIT: Added the template codes for the builds.
4 people party max.
Solo with heros- Ursan, Ss, MM, nec/rt 2nd rt bar
Buddy on- 2 ursan 1 mm 1 nec/rt
6 person group your self, 1 ursan, mm, ss, nec/rt, monk hero, earth ele hero
6 Person group 2 ursan, 2 nec/rt, mm, ss
8 person group your self 1 ursan, nec/rtm nec/rt, mm, monk hero, earth hero, fire ele hero, I usually bring devona or the dervish if i am in elona.
8 person group Full team party from above
Speed- This build is all about doing vanquisher and missions as fast as possible. With the expierence vanquishing with these in cantha, elona, and tyria I have had very little trouble completing all zones in under 40 minutes each zone. That is to say I have and still are killing zones with 400+ guys in under 40 minutes.
How to run it. Person with the healers needs to flag them back aggro the group once the group has been aggroed you can un flag your heros. I have found that once in a fight you pretty much cant die... I have tried to let them kill me by standing there and i rarly take dmg. Needless to say I have had 50+ skree and heket on my party and not had a single party member die. Pretty easy and basic way to get the vanq title and gaurdian title without much effort. Make sure you have the runes and armor inscriptions for your heros. Makes life 100 times easier.
I have never actually looked at sabs necro build so I dont know if my 2 are the same but yes 2 necs + a monk+ para = amazing healing. Dmg out put is mad crazy even when not in ursan form. I actually got inspired for the 2 nec/rts from spirit way in Ha.
Build thanks to Pro Hiberna{ftw} and aspecial thanks to Aria Of the Apocalypse{AA} and Crazyman Ofdoom (lag) for there testing support.
In game name Glyph of healing if you want me to do some runs with you.

If the paragon is a motivation setup or something, then it could probably work. Also I am assuming the n/rts will probably have a backup heal or 2 to help out at times.
Not everything needs a 2 monk build. Look at all the people who choose to defy that and go out with 8 warriors/ 8 mesmer/ 8 paragons/ whatever and go clear fow or some other places.

1 lod + 2 N/Rt + Para -> Probably very nice healing..
You don't need many monks, I did a HM mission(8-man) today with my guildies without any monks at all, just sabs N/Rt healer.. We did very well.

N/Rts can make very nice healers. Paragon's can make very nice addition with an LoD healer. Ritualists have a healing attribute.
Not every group needs 2 monks or they fail. You could at least wait to see what their builds are before pulling out the "omg, fail."

This build seems a bit crazy on healing, you effectively have 4 dedicated healers out of an 8man team. Your only damage output comes from the ss necro, mm and ursans pretty much.
In my opinion it seems like the paragon could be replaced for something with a bit more damage since it seems kind of overkill.
Seems like an addition of icy veins, rising bile etc. Skills that cause damage on death would atleast boost the damage output a bit.
I am not saying it won't work, just that the healers are overkill.
A way to increase some damage would be.
Healers, 2 n/rts, 1 monk (probably drop spirit light weapon otherwise heroes will cast it when someone is under weapon of warding and it just doesn't heal enough)
humans, ursan whatever
Necro minion bomber (probably just copy sabs build here because aegis could help party as well as bring protective spirit)
SS necro (could bring ancestor's rage to spam too)
Icy Veins (E) rising bile, putrid bile for aoe bombs once an enemy goes down.
The paragon seems under used if your going to have spirit lights, preservations and other things up as well. Probably could drop lod on the monk for woh or perhaps more of a passive prot role.
That's just my take on this since it seems like 4 healers is a bit too much.

Do you ever actually contribute anything to the forum conversation other than the usual "fail", "noob", <insert insult of the moment here>?
I know it sounds like flaming, but seriously, do you?

Typical reply from someone who rely too much on monks.
I bet you know nothing much about ritualist skills. N/Rt are very powerful healers.

I barely use a monk when I pve now, N/Rt does me just fine. If I'm vanquishing with a friend then they bring one too, does absolute wonders

N/Rt's are great at HEALING, but theyr not monks. A monks dont just HEAL. N/Rts dont carry prot, they cant remove conditions, they cant remove hexes.
your spending to many character slots on trying to keep your team alive. N/Rt's are good in moderation and LoD is just nerfed into oblivion.
