lol, great build.......this also works on the minos :P

edit: works even better on trolls :P

great build thanks a lot for sharing it

so far I ve been able to clear shadow army , beach , forge , part of the great battlefield and part of the forest too.

But I have some problems with the Skeletal Impalers , their traps really are a pain in the *** . Do you have any tip when fighting them?

Is it possible to farm anything in DoA ? I cant do enough damage to kill the enemies, they have to much health. Any tips ? And is it possible to tank in DoA as elementalist ?

Yes, you can do pretty much most of gloom with 2-3 ppl but u'll need feigned nuetrality or another heal skill because of the aoe bleeding skill one of the tormentors has.The call to torment skill is a pain though if you don't kill them in time.

You can 2 man stygain's veil enemies that are like FoW such as the Scourage of Darkness. They drop torment gems also. Might be able to kill some of them solo if you have a near max rank of lb, not sure though.

Sorry have another post, will add if to the build once the forest guide is complete. For the Skeleton impalers, right now, if they are not patrolling, is cast SF aggro pull them back a few feet or meters, to get away from the traps, cast m.s. then aggro. It seems to work fine but sometimes you might need 2 ppl to pull this off.

If they are patrolling simply catch them in the middle of their walk. You can also pull them a little if they cast some traps.

gloom works even in HM, just watch out from heart tormentors -> reversal of damage + zealots fire spam HURTS and hurts bad (unless u ditch in feigned neutrality), anyways works still :P

A few times I've gotten 2 shards from the FIRST GROUP ALONE. I love this build! Been running it for a while, at first the warriors ALWAYS lived but when you get the hang of it every group can die in 1 go, sometimes you can kill 2 together. Don't blame the build if you cant run it just needs a 20% longer enchantments (REQUIRED) and then either attuned armor with a sup energy rune or a +15 -1 offhand and your set.

In hard mode my first few tries they didn't die and followed me back when I escaped to kill the ghost. After a few tries I realized you might have to recast lava font or another move to finish them off but you CAN kill groups in hard mode, down part being it can take up to 4-5 trips PER group with a huge chance to fail from the start. So I simply didn't find it worth while. This has been on my favorites since I found it on google so I just wanted to say thanks

One hint, in fow they don't kill you dead...you don't have to cast shadow form before battle, usually I cast it when I'm almost to the monster or right before the eles finish casting. Realized some people just HAVE TO use it before battle in fear of taking damage. You wont die in one hit...not in two...3 spells might kill you but slim chance theyll get that many out by the time your ready so your not halfway through casting and have to warp out and then blame the build.

Huge bump, does this farming effective nowaday? Took me 1 hr to clear the entire beginning area (All shadow army, except Abyssals)

If you start a new topic on an old subject you make people mad, and
if you use the search utility and find an old thread on the subject you also
make people cranky.
What's the proper way to use this forum?
