Lyssa works best with small attacks.
Would drop chilling victory here in favor of Protectors Strike/Mystic Sweep.

Hitting a cast under lyssa > chilling victory

Pious Assault is fine, however you may want to use [skill]Flail[/skill] Here instead of Heart of Fury, so it can't be stripped.
Also I'm not a fan of the earth prayers enchants, however it's fine. Vital Boon is a little weak though

It is, but with the recycle where it is, you don't get to use it much. Eremite's + Mystic spike will probably do more all up (with mysticism where it should be; yes 13 looks odd, but it does help your Lyssa damage!).

Nightfall Awaits - do you HAVE Aura of Holy Might for the record? That's one little stumbling block that occurs to me. Additionally, if you have Eye of the North and really, really want defensive stuff, check out Great Dwarf Armor - it uses dwarf reputation instead of earth prayers, which lets you stick to the most important two (Scythe Mastery and Mysticism).
