crotch stab
attack targets croch inflicting bleeding for 2 hours and gash for 2 hours. if struck into the crotch again, target suffers knockdown and crippling for next 2 hours. when the conditions end, character ressurects



but seriously ;d
dagger shield
for 10 seconds, you trigger a shield on yourself and if a target comes within earshot of you they get attacked for 2 damage and suffer bleeding for 3 seconds. interrupts targets actions

15 energy,120s recharge

Summon Penguin mafia.
Elite Skill. 20 energy, 1 activation, 5 recharge.
Summon from the depths of awesome the Penguin Mafia.
You summon 5 Emperor Penguins adjacent to you, 5 king penguins nearby you, 5 Rocker penguins, 5 south african penguins, 10 Blue/Fairy Penguins, 5 galapagos penguins, 5 Macaroni and 5 adelei penguins within earshot.
You also summon 3 blade penguins 3 assassin Penguins, 3 Penguins of Light, 3 Penguins of Darkness, 3 Penguins of Twilight,3 penguins of illusion, 3 penguins of death and 3 penguins of Survival.
These penguins are all level 40 and have 1000 life.
If a penguin is killed it releases an Epic Whail that instantly kills all foes within earshot and activates "Penguin Sanctuary" All foes nearby cannot be resurrected for 1337 seconds.
Summon Penguin Mafia is disabled for 113377 seconds because you are not awesome enough to use it again without blowing up the world for being to lame to use it!

I shall now refer to it as Summon Penguins

Each penguin has their own abilities.

Penguins are a multiple Class skill that only
Dervish,Rangers and Assassin's can activate naturally.

All other classes MUST go through a huge quest that takes 1200 hours at least to complete, and can only be gained in pvp through getting it on your pve character. Once you get it its unlocked for all your pve chars.

in GvG this Summons Penguins but they do nothing and cannot be killed.

Only 1 copy of Summon Penguins can be used in GvG (for the entire team)

Summon penguins cannot be used Near the guild hall ( to prevent massive body blocking)

Summon Penguins is epic, because Penguins are awesome.

Deceptive Speculation:

Mesmer Elite:

.5 cast
2 recharge
5 energy

For 6...15 seconds, target foe and all foes within earshot are hexed with Deceptive Speculation. Any time one of those foes moves, one random skill is disabled from that foe every second they are moving. If a foe casts a spell or attacks while hexed with Deceptive Speculation, that foe loses 5 energy for every 2 seconds that spell takes to recharge. If a foe uses a stance or shout, that foe is crippled for 15 seconds.


Complete shutdown of an entire team in TA, RA, HA, and any other "A" for that matter...

better version:

Interrupt target spell. If that spell was a hex a random foe is hexed with that skill. The hex activates with an attribute level equal to the caster's rank in that attribute.

Could also have other deflections for other spell types.

I can't quite think of a way to word it so that you can interrupt anything and there be a random copy be cast at the appropriate target. For instance if you interrupt an enchantment, have it randomly assigned to one of your allies. If you interrupt a fireball have it correctly target a foe, etc.

That would be a fun mesmer skill.

Somthing like hidden caltrops except it worked against stationary foes too, would work in so many build ideas ive had

wow. i havent gotten and "mesmers are good. you just suck at playing" hate yet. has the community seen the light?

Backstab: If attacking an enemy from behind, your hit will result in an instant kill. Otherwise, this skill does normal weapon damage.

It'd sync pretty well with Disguise.
