Intensity is as worth using as "Incoming!" is at 12 Command in PvE.

yup in pve skills eles got beat to hell, we had good skills then anet thought that they hated eles to much to give them good skills and beat it with a nerk bat.

so yes it sucks

pretty much almost allk of the PVE skills got hit, at least any of them good ones

I wouldn't say that. Seed of Life was hit pretty hard with the nerf bat as well.

Intensity isn't horrible
Should be better however.
a skill that does 130 now does 159.9 damage.
This isn't extremely Fantastic

If intensity went to 35% though =P

Leangth I think needs to be increased or amount of dmg it just isn't worth it at all to carry.

add an extra 10 seconds
increase max effect to 35% at maxed rank.
