Just f-ing forget base Dagger damage. Your threat source: armour-ignoring +dmg from attack skills.
DO NOT care about the 15^something, as the difference in damage output is laughable.

I really don't know HOW to mod, yet I have claws of the broodmother.
Where, and how do I mod?

Try that site.
Claws of the Broodmother are unique weapons (or greens). These items can not be modified.
Furthermore, there are no "good weapons". [sarcasm]Only weapons that are good are the ZOMG Icy Dragon Swords of the 1337 whammo's [/sarcasm]. There are weapons that work best for your builds. If your build requires high energy, you want Zealous or +5 energy. If your build relies on enchantments to last, you want an Enchanting mod.

The former means your midline needs to start fixing up the situation, and the latter means you should be focusing on getting to your destination, whether to attack or kite away.
Moreover, Critical Agility lasts long enough that if you don't get a critical hit while affected by it as an Assassin, something has gone horribly wrong, and the enchanting mod won't be of much help with your situation.

There are other useful Assassin Enchantments - [[Way of Perfection] and [[Way of the Master], for example. And with their 60 second durations, they really benefit from 20% Enchanting (72 seconds).

Aw hell no
Viable uses for +20%ench
- For Shadow Form (in which case you'd want it on a staff)
- to get the most out of short, powerful enchants like Feigned Neutrality (in which case you'd want it on your Spear/Shield set)
Long-lasting stuff like WotM and WoP (the latter being crap anyway) definitely does not need the duration buff. Click on them, don't worry until the fight is over - they do quite alright as they are.
Honestly, I can't think of any scenario in which I'd want +20%ench instead of +30HP on Daggers.

your best bet would be to use 2 sets.
1 vampiric
1 zealous
both with 15^50/+5 and +30
if you only have enough money for 1 than get the zealous as vampiric without weapon switching is a bit annoying, but not too much at that...
