Yeah I believe you can kill him solo 55 N/Mo.

He dropped his staff 4 me when I was out Elite Skill Hunting for the title tho, Haven't farmed him yet tbh.

pvx build would work I guess but I use Farmer's Scythe and Zealous Scythe instead of mystic and eremites. also i do hm :\

You can kill him as a 55 Mo/N as well. Same build as the N/Mo just not as high curses.
