The Deep BiP build
I have been working my way back into guild wars after a noobification process involving world of warcraft and it appears that my BiP build for the deep is woefully out of date. Does anybody have the new build that I can use?

Nobody in the Deep uses a meaningful BiP build these days. Nobody has bothered making the necessary changes resulting from Masochism synergy with 1e BiP.
I would suggest running:
Masochism - Blood Renewal - Blood Is Power - Heal Party
A few optional skills. Look into PvE skills.
Run with Healing 11 Blood 10+1+3 Soul Reaping 10+3
Don't listen to the retards claiming you should bring Verata's Gaze, it's not your job. If used slap that on the SS.
EDIT: Oh, and since some people aren't capable of getting the zest of a build by looking at 4 skills and deciding for themselves what to bring to round it up without making a mess out of it... not saying you're one of them but I've seen people fill out the bar with Demonic Flesh and Vampiric Gaze...
The exact build I used for The Deep in a pug a couple days ago:
Attribs as stated.
Mending - Succor- Masochism - Blood Renewal - Blood Is Power - Great Dwarf Armor - Heal Party - Ebon Battle Standard of Wisdom - Ebon Battle Standard of Courage
Now, that's one hell of a lazy build, and by no means optional. Fact remains you can get away with keeping constant Mending on yourself, constant Succor on two or three monks and spamming BiP all the time to spam Heal Party as an energy-benefit result.
You don't need either Mending or Succor to be honest. Like I said, it's ultimate lazy-mode. All you need is Masochism, BiP, BRenew and HP. And if someone's actually claiming you should bring a resurrection skill, ask him how bad the party is supposed to be off in order for the BiP to be needed to resurrect people...

Yeah, Well of Blood is probably better than, say, Mending or Succor...
It's just less lazy-mode.

this is what i used to use when i played necro. you can self rez with Lively Was Naomei as long as your resto attribute puts it abouve 50%. its perfect with pugs. just try to put masochism in there somewhere.

In case you failed to notice, the title of this thread is "The Deep BiP build", Build as, you know, the eight skills you have on your bar.
Speccing your BiP build for 1hp in The Deep is suicidal.

No, clearly it is not. As indicated above, the build has one requisite skill. The other seven slots easily provide enough flexibility to prepare for the small handful of areas in which 1hp is unfavorable.

To clarify myself further: "Speccing the BiP build for 1hp" means "not bringing a self heal".
