Easily Maintainable skill ( r6 and on.. ), that gives you a buff every kill.. it doesn't get recognized often.. Whadaya think?

I could see it being useful in some farming builds... such as using shadow form to kill mobs without bosses so its recharged and will give better survivability. Granted because its random you don't know what you'll get. But if the build already works it could increase its survivability. Sorry if that didn't make sense I haven't slept in awhile.

I use it on my mesmer sometimes, it's more for comedic value up until you get the insta recharge one, then it's amazing. Also, if you happen to get some nasty conditions off of you with Bwuahaha.

The 30% all conditions removed is sexy. But if there are numerous conditions, you will have to take measures to deal with them anyways. Blindness in Shards of Orr comes to mind.

The +5 energy is also a nice bonus. 10% is only a small chance for double recharge, but there are many enemies out there, after all. Enough chances to trigger it.

The totally random nature is what kills this skill for me. It is indeed powerful, but I prefer to have a skill that does what I intend to do it all the time.

I hope it does not become the Asura "racial ability" for GW2, as it would open up a whole new dimension of power creep. Imagine the Norns having the Blessings as racial default, even worse... brr!

You see your character shouting something, and from that you can deduce what you got. Also you may notice when you get extra energy or skill recharge, of course.

I think it doesn't get recognized often because people dont take that quest reward which gives this skill.

Why don't they take it? Because they need to farm the Ciphers to boost their norn rank to 10 so they can Ursan.

Pfft, Why can't they just do HM Books like me!

Anyways, I got Asura Rank 10 over the double weekend that just passed. I wanted it mainly for the 60 second summons that could be chained, along with a 10 second Pain inverter. I then figured it would be smart to look through all of the asuran skills. This looked like a fairly cool skill to try out the next time I play. Seeing as I managed to do all the Cipher quests and completely miss this one, I can get it quick and easy.

So, I haven't actually tried it yet.. From the wiki it sounds as if it gets used every time a non-spirit/pet foe is killed. Can anyone confirm this?

Seems ideal in missions and Vqing...

Yep. With a lot of foes around your avatar gets real chatty.

In areas where lots of foes are bunched together and can be killed fast it's a good skill.
When foes are spread I take other skills that give non-random benefit.

It's a nice skill, its just not uber-imba like a great many other PvE skills, and you can only have 3... I can think of more fun things to do then get random bonuses every kill, like stuff that lets me kill more. Randomness in general is something I rather dislike in games.

I never thought of that actually. The way my guildies and I used to run it was we would have about 4 or 5 eles, and we could kill like 30 enemies in 5 seconds. That's a lot of bonuses.

It's worth the slot if you have an optional slot free. Great in FoW for meteor shower nukers or farming. Non-elite Sin promise + other bonuses.

Exactly what I think. I like when my skill does what I expect it to do. Knowing my luck it won't recharge my skills when I need it to.
