I have tried diffrent builds and nothing seems to work.

The problem is, either I get -2 degen in someway or die, or I cant kill if bosses..
Right now I got

Protective Spirit
Mystic regeneration
shield of judgement
holy strike - finish off bosses etc
blessed signet
essence bond
balthazars spirit
Blessed Aura..

What should I do! I saw a youtube clip with this buiold and it worked fine, but I end up with -2 degen.

attributes is..

3 healing
15 smiting
10 protection
10 divine
9 earth

with runes, basic 55hp armor and weapons..

what do I do wrong!?

You only have 9 regen. That has to heal the degen from poison and (in some cases) hexes. But it also has to negate the 5 damage you take from every hit.

Try swapping out blessed signet and essence bond for Shield of Absorption and Shielding hands. Chain those two spells to negate the effect of the hits. Mystic Regen can negate the degeneration then.

But the mana upkeep, the mobs are kind of few sometime.

If receiving 0 dmg from all hits -2 regen should be no problem, you can outheal it by divine favor bonus.

If you can't here's a tip: Get Droknar's Protection Staff (or something similar)
Which gives you 135 health. You still receive 0 dmg with SoA or Shielding Hands up (cast SoA 2 secs before Shielding Ends)
You now have more time to cast spells for Divine heal, so a bigger margin for error.

i 55 kryta in hard mode and the first city in nightfall with this build it works pretty good:

earth 8
divine 8
prot 9
smite 16

for skills i use:

protective spirit
mystic regen
healing breeze(or shielding hands)
shield of judgement
smite condition(this spell works great it removes degen's like poison and gives undead 55+holy damage in return)
essence bond(for more energy)
balthazar spirit
blessed aura

you can tweek this build how ever you want but it works really good i use a 105 monk with a staff+20% enchant. i hope this helps.if you need more help my ign: healer of narc

I use a Kepkeht's Refuge (spelling?). Gives me +5e and +20% enchantments and 105 HP wich is low enough for sh/soa to work. Droks staff would work great to.

Ok i dont have hardmode for Gates of Kryta but i used to use similar build till anet did their nerfin spree.
Drop mystic regen and put its points into healing and add healing breeze

i tend to use the following in normal mode.

Protective Spirit
shield of absorbtion
shielding hands
healing breeze
shield of judgement
smite condition ( eotn skill but as u get almost constant conditions its a quick aoe spike )
balthazars spirit
Blessed Aura..

I have used this for fahranur hardmode with success but i tend now to go necro as 2nd and use spitefull spirit there.
I dont use essence bond as usually i can cope with just bals spirit.
Also in hardmode anything that causes aoe splits mobs which slows things down.

even though anet nerfed mystic regen it still works really good when paired with shielding hands the degen rate is virtually non-existant. i use to run my monk the way you said with just a monk straight build but for some reason the degen from the skeleton rangers was to much until i swirtched to the m/d build.so i guess its just a matter of the person and the build they prefer.
