What to use Arcane Mimicry with?
I want to compile a list of elite skills that are useful when copied through Arcane Mimicry.
For 20 seconds, Arcane Mimicry becomes the non-Form Elite skill from target other ally.
This spell has 15e and 60 seconds recharge, which makes it hard to use for most elite skills.
Some elite skills that I have in mind, that should work with Arcane Mimicry are:
1) The 3 PvE elite blessings
2) [skill]Life Barrier[/skill]
3) [skill]Contagion[/skill]
4) [skill]Mirror of Ice[/skill]
5) [skill]Elemental Attunement[/skill] (added)
6) [skill]Aura of the Lich[/skill] (added)
7) [skill]Healer's Covenant[/skill] (added)
8) [skill]Healer's Boon[/skill] (added)
9) [skill]Spirit's Strength[/skill] (added)

Good example.
Elemental Attunement is not a maintained enchantment, but it is a long lasting enchantment at level 16 energy storage it lasts 57 seconds (52s at level 13) which is close to Arcane Mimicry recharge time of 60 seconds.
This means you can almost mimic it immediately after it ends.

Not so sure about Savannah Heat. It is not an enchantment. It is a great spell but you can only use it ONCE per arcane mimicry, since its recharge is 25 seconds, arcane mimicry would stop being SH after 20 seconds, then wait for another 40 seconds to be in recharge cycle.

Keep in mind that AM would only keep the copied elite skill for 20 seconds so you can WoH for maybe a max of 5 times if you spam it like crazy before it expires.
Ride the lightning is alittle energy intensive and you can cast for maybe a max of 3 times before AM releases it after 20 seconds, and for practical purposes, it is more of a 1 or 2 cast per mimic skill.
Knowing that the recharge of AM is awfully long 60 seconds (it holds the skill for 20s then go through a 40s recharge), and it costs 15 energy to copy a skill, would it be worth it to copy a skill whose effects last for such a short time?
Life Barrier, and Healers Boon have already been included. These are enchantment spells whose effect would stay around for more than 20 seconds even after AM has released the skill.
Life Barrier is a maintained enchantment and would stay around until you manually release it or it gets removed through another skill.
Healers Boon at level 16 lasts for as long as 58 seconds, which is almost as long as the full recharge of AM. This means when Healers Boon expire, you can cast AM again to copy it over and renew it.

Any "good" elite with a duration of 60-80 seconds
(Remember, AM starts recharging AFTER the skill disappears so its the recharge + the time the new skill is on your bar.)

That's right so a "good" elite with an effect that lasts, AT LEAST, between 60 to 80 seconds or more would be appropriate.

It was more in relation to you're post about elemental attunement.
Its duration of 57 seconds (52 at 13) is near the recharge of AM... however unles you waited the full 18 seconds before casting e-attune you would still have 20+ seconds of no e-attune which isnt so great as previously suggested (still good though).

20 seconds is still within acceptable wait time. Besides, if you time it right you can simply recast the last e-attune before it recharges so it is not a big deal IMO.

keep in mind i use it for RA mostly when matches are too short for the things elite to really die off. But thats my take on it. I just find its funny to duplicate things quickly and use em to turn the edge of momentum to your favor and then finish it.

RA is not exactly the kind of place to use arcane mimicry. You dont know what you are getting much less having the attribute point for it.

20 seconds if you mimic hundred blades, 30 seconds for IW. Arcane Mimicry has a long.....recharge but I am sure it was fun.
