So far Tahlkora's energy management is just sweet.Have done a couple extended battles(15+ monsters) and she hung in there like a trooper.Where I have hit a snag(I think) is a shield for Hayda.Any suggestions?Also as a side note(Super Igor:The updated version is fine and should work ok, rez is not 1337 tho imo)what is the best Resurrection spell?

I understand you're not after cookie cutter builds, but you're using builds that are 90% cookie cutter and 10% meh...
The Warrior is a PvP build. Whilst it's effective in that arena, either a Dragon Slash or Triple Chop build is better in PvE. The reason for this is the ability to spam "Save Yourselves!" for the rest of the team.
Steam on the Stunning Striker is more of a gimmick than an effective tool to spread blind. I've tried to get that working effectively myself and i'd rather fill that slot with something else. You're already getting Dazed from Broad Head Arrow, so Stunning Strike is obsolete. Try Defensive Anthem in that slot instead. Vicious Attack is obsolete because you've got Eviscerate for Deep Wound. Cruel Spear's basically a ranged Eviscerate, so you could use that if you change the Warrior to D-Slash or Triple Chop. They're on Fire's kinda wasted without an additional source of burning. If you take a Searing Flames elementalist or another Blazing Spear Paragon it becomes much more useful.
Beast Mastery needs to be buffed to increase the survivability of your lizard. Drop Marksmanship back to 12 and put the points in Beast. There are better options than taking a pet with no attack slots on your bar, but whatever floats your boat...
Light of Deliverance is pretty weak as your Monk's elite. For a similar but weaker party healing effect, you could use Song of Restoration on your Paragon while using Word of Healing on the Monk to counter spikes. Heroes aren't very good with Reversal of Fortune, Healing Ribbon is expensive and Protective Spirit will get you in energy trouble in late-game PvE. Protective Spirit is best used proactively, Heroes are reactive and tend to cast it after you actually need it.
A better Monk build would be -
Word of Healing {e}
Dwayna's Kiss
Signet of Rejuvenation
Cure Hex
Dismiss Condition / Remove Hex
Guardian / Shield of Absorption
Aegis
Glyph of Lesser Energy
The reasoning for selecting these skills is stated in the Monk thread I posted. The bar comes from 3 years of experience and a lot of research in the Monk forum, it's about the best you can hope to run on a Hero.
Guild Wars is a team game, give everyone skills to support the team (Save Yourselves!, Defensive Anthem, Aegis etc) and you'll make your job a lot easier.
Ultimately you'll also find that you don't need 3 Monks - it's much better to fill that Hero slot with another offensive character.
