Post W/P - Critical Thrust

Build to be used in organized PvP.

I was just going over some of the paragon skills and I came across the "Go For the Eyes" shout. I haven't tested it out because I'm at work atm, however it seems like a great idea if it works out the way it's going in my head.

If the skill Go for the Eyes works the way it is in my head, it would make your Final Thrust a Critical Hit (well +66% chance).

Frenzy + Cripp Slash -> Gash -> Go for the Eyes + "To the limit" -> Final Thrust

Use To the Limit to get your extra shot of adrenaline so you can activate Final Thrust (without having to attack thus losing your critical chance from Go for the Eyes).

If done properly (using Final Thrust before a regular attack to gain the benefit of a crit), your Final Thrust (if its a crit ofcourse) should do between 156.6-291.6 damage, pretty much knocking out any foe.

Rush to Cancel Frenzy

Sword Mastery 16
Command 12
pour rest into strength

Command Shield
Sword, pref 15^50, 20|20, +30 hp

[skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Crippling Slash[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]"Go for the Eyes!"[/skill][skill]"To the limit!"[/skill][skill]Final Thrust[/skill][skill]Rush[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

Any thoughts?

No bleeding=no deep wound from gash
Its really adrenaline heavy, so final thrust will hurt and take a while to charge
Do critical hits multiply bonus damage?
Also, theres a lack of defense and whatnot in this build.
And "to the limit" only gives 1 adrenaline max w/ no points in tactics.

12 in comand only because of GFTE is quite a waste.

You can't really use Rush to cancel Frenzy if you use Final Thrust.
Would be better to use on Eviscerate -> Executioner's -> GftE -> To the Limit -> Critical Chop. Critical hits hurt more on an Axe and Critical Chop also becomes an interrupt.
And 20/20 sucks.

Agreed.

Also, its difficult to try to use "Go For The Eyes!" with an adrenaline skill, because once Final Thrust is charged and you activate GFTE, you'll lose a strike of adrenaline from Final Thrust. Hitting once more to recharge it again will use up GFTE. I see you thought of that already because you included "To the Limit!" but honestly I don't think this would work very well in practice. I think it would feel extremely awkward and it would be really easy to screw up your spike by accidentally hitting one too many times.
