Channeling Build:

1) (E) Caretakers charge: Target foe is struck for 20...64 lightning damage. If you are holding an item, you gain 5 Energy and 5...41 Health.
2) Cruel Was Daoshen: Hold Daoshen's ashes for up to 15...51 seconds. When you drop his ashes, all nearby foes are struck for 10...94 lightning damage.
3) Renewin Surge: Target foe is struck for 15...51 lightning damage. If you are holding an item, this Skill recharges instantly.
4) Spirit Rift: Open a Spirit Rift at target foe's location. After 3 seconds, all adjacent foes are struck for 25...113 lightning damage.
5) Wielders Srtike: Target foe is struck for 15...51 lightning damage. If you are under the effects of a weapon Spell, you deal an additional 15...51 lightning damage.
6) Resilient Weapon: For 5...17 seconds, target ally has a Resilient Weapon. While suffering from a Hex or Condition, that ally gains +1...5 Health regeneration and +24 armor.
7) Reilient Was Xiko: Hold Xiko's ashes for up to 5...17 seconds. For each Hex or Condition you are suffering from while holding her ashes you gain +3 Health regeneration. When you drop her ashes, you lose 1...3 Conditions.
8) Channeled Strike: Target foe is struck for 5...77 lightning damage. That foe is struck for an additional 5...29 lightning damage if you are holding an item.

Flesh of my flesh is always a good addition. I would replace # 7 with it. Unless you are henching your way.

Few things - renewing surge is very weak. It's fairly low damage for a rit spell, and really won't do much.

-Resilient was Xiko is only really good in a draw conditions or martyr build. The duration is kinda low for using to fulfill item conditions. I usually use generous was tsungrai.

My channeling build runs a bit like this:

[skill]caretaker's charge[/skill][skill]channeled strike[/skill][skill]spirit burn[/skill][skill]essence strike[/skill][skill]spirit rift[/skill][skill]bloodsong[/skill][skill]generous was tsungrai[/skill][skill]death pact signet[/skill]

Which admittedly doesn't have the same condition and hex management as your build, but also doesn't have the energy issues you'e bound to have with your bar. I dunno, the channeling DD spells really aren't that much to write home about
