LMAO!!!! I misread the Gash skill all this time, I missed the part that Gash only works on Bleeding foes. I take back my unjustified cheek xD. I questioned the link between Sever and Gash before, but everytime I just got a bunch of uninteresting statistics and numbers, while the answer is so simple. I thank you ss1986v2
Ok, Gash is useless without Sever, but is Sever useless without Gash? I find that a little degen works well in combination with heavy slashes, but if that -3 degen is worth taking up a skill slot depends on yourself. I have seen Dragon Slash builds in this thread with 4 sla replaced by Sever shes besides the dragon. IMO one of those can easily be replaced by Sever cus you dont really need 5 damage-dealing slashes
The backbone of Dragon slash builds is Dragon Slash and FGJ. There are hundreds of options for the other 6 skills which can all be effective. Find a nice uncommon skill usage to differ yourself from the large mob

Sever is terrible because bleeding only causes 6 dps, and you get no extra damage when activating it. To be honest, if gash didn't require bleeding I would never run it in pvp unless we had a lot of other conditions running around because it's rather spammable.

The furious sword hilt is IMO not very usefull becayse when you have FGJ you can fully recharge DS again with only 2 sword attacks anyway(1 if you use Sun and Moon). I suppose it can have a little use when FGJ is worked out, but only 1 out of 10 attacks doesnt really make me warm. I prefer the Zealous sword hilt because it gives more flexibility to use energy-requiring skills, but thats only my taste off course

I find FGJ trash in any dragon slash build...even "To the Limit" is better.

Situational, but consider trying throwing Steelfang Slash into the mix if you do. It's not that much worse than Galrath or Silverwing even without the condition, but if you can fulfill the condition, it's like having a second Dragon Slash.
*pauses*
Come to think of it, has anyone ever tried using Arcane Mimicry on Dragon Slash for double the fun? Obviously you'd need an ally with DS as well, and you'd want a way to get your adrenaline up FAST when you go in, but once you do get them both charged, if you have a high Swordsmanship you can be continuously Dragon Slashing until Arcane Mimicry runs out...

Hotman: bull's strike is hot in a pvp warrior bar, but significantly less useful in pve. Prot strike, on the other hand, gives you some great damage boosts and allows you to build adrenaline faster with it's 1/2 second activation, making it more durable in both enviornments. However, Bull's edges it out if your team has an overall lack of snares flying around.

My Build:
Sun & Moon Slash
Galrath Slash
Silverwing Slash
Dragon Slash (Elite)
For Great Justice
To The Limit
Helaing Signet/Lion's Comfort/Plague Touch
Optional/Res Signet
I find this build can build up adrenaline very quickly in areas which have huge mobs. Eg. Kaineng afflicted.

My build is:
Standing Slash.
Silverwing Slash.
Sun and Moon Slash.
Dragon Slash.
Flail.
Shock.
Enraging Charge.
Rez Signet.
Stats:
Swordsmanship: 12 + 3
Strength: 11 + 1 + 1
Air Magic: 6
With Sentinel's Armor you have a high defence Dragon Spammer that can hit fast and hard and compeltely immobilise the enemy with shock.

seriously you hardly even have sufficient time to heal yourself in the heat of the battle. I'm not going to rant about the effectiveness of warrior's self healing skills, but you should be bringing a monk at all times unless you are solo farming.
Plague touch in my opinion is one of the most handy skills available to a W/N, as it easily eliminates blindness, which hinders the warrior's ability to inflict damage .

With Sentinels Armour you got to be kidding as you don't even have 13 in strength and that is what is reqiured for that armour good Tanking armour but not good for damage dealing from a Warrior.I would use Glads for the most part.

Look again. Thanks to the Strength helm and the Minor Strength rune, he does indeed have 13 Str: 11+1+1=13. He's just showing how he got it.
Frankly, I think he'd be better off with a Swordsmanship helm and two Major runes (making his stats 12+1+2 for Swordsmanship and 11+2 for Strength, for an extra 5 hit points), but it may be easier for him to switch to other builds with that setup.
