Pongmei Valley is a reasonably good spot, Undergrowths and Dragon Moss drop Seeds,Dragon Roots and fibres themselves.
St Anjeka's Shrine Dragon Moss farm only works if you have the "A New Escort" quest active. |

Farming bugs outside of Rihlon Refuge is easy, get about 5-7 Spider Webs per run. Use expert slavage kit, you'll get silk, but use cheap salvage kit, you'll get dust. Not alot at once, but quick and easy.

For dust, plant fibers, and charcoal, farm Talmark Wilderness. There's also a material trader in the zone that you can sell the drops to for some extra gold.
