Obviously the skills weren't meant to be on the main servers, so they removed them. Which says to me that they're gonna be used soon...

From what I have heard those skills are overpowered so ANet can test them on a deeper level. If a skill gives you a 3000% speed increase but it is useless in most instances (This is just an examble so don't reply with, "OMFG you 1di0t! Thats 1337!!!11!!!") why put it in the game? So, don't get your pants in a bunch because it is not likely anet will put those skills on the Live Servers without modifying them to be balanced; or at least as close to balanced as they can be.
Sorry if somebody already said this, it is 11 PM and I'm too lazy to read through 5 pages of, "OMFG!!!11!!!" posts.

the pre sear bunny says.
they are the common monster skills for when hard mode comes
now that that freaked you guys out.
MOD EDIT: Every time you use excessive space, Gieco saves 15% by switching to Chuck Norris. So don't do it.

The skills codes got changed into something else( i'll bet they didnt get deleted )
They were simply skills that the devs could use to cheat and farm the mobs they wanted. This of course contradicts what they have said before that the devs don't have "hacks" on live server,we seen them ourselfs.
Of course Gaile denies knowing anything about it,because that would mean she couldn't use her hacks anymore.
Keep trying to find those hack codes guys,we'll stumble on them again soon,as the devs wouldn't go and delete their hacks, just hide it from the normal players.
Yes this is just me writing some OMG the devs cheats blablabla , just because Gaile couldn't have the decency to at least say ,that she knew about the skills , but couldn't comment on them, instead of just hushing and hiding them.

Gaile often doesn't know very much. She isn't a DEV, she's some kind of wacky title she made up because she doesn't want to be called PR. So she only knows what other people want her to know. Also, she is not well up on what skills do, for example, (a LONG time ago) the buff to swirling aura that "never happened and was always that way i swear to god."

I doubt that. Becuase all of the random monster skills and effects from the first three chapters were able to be seen via templates up until a couple of months ago. The skill codes haven't changed. We just can't see them anymore.

Actually, it would make sense these skills are being used at the Flame Temple Corridor (an example given several times already), or by Charr anyway. Flame Call to alert the others (possibly dragging all groups within 3 times aggro range) Putrid Flames since Charr like fire and all, Shroud of Ash since Ascalon is pretty much burned to the ground.

Looks right to me but theres some bad typos in the skill descriptions so it could be fake, well if they are real at least it win't be as hard as DOA.

There is always a "what if?" Always assume that the worst will happen, so you'll have time to prepare for it.
Yay for happy-go-lucky optimists that flame peope over nothing. Sheesh.

but now there are even 2-man-farmers -.-"
got the point?

1: ANET has a nasty way of forcing you to do things, when you do not want to do them.
2: Always assume the worst will happen.
3: And the 2-man-farmer builds will be nerfed, giving the monsters the advantage once more.
Got my point?

QFT. It's likely that these skills were created, implemented, and removed last night, all without Gaile knowing. The devs don't have the time to tell her everything, especially tiny goofs like this. It's not their fault we made such a big deal out of it :P
