Hmm I don't like sup. runes, you really don't want to run a hammer warrior in PvE with a sup. hammer mastery rune. I don't like über defensive builds anyway so my line of defense is usually high health.
Warriors just get pounded to much to run around with -75 HP imo. I don't farm much either.

16 tactics i go

Watch Yourself
Soldiers Strike
Soldiers Defense
Healing Signet

16 Strength I go

Warriors Endurance
Levithan Sweep
Griffon Sweep
Protectors Strike
Bull Strike.

Stoneskin Gauntlets and some 'kick a guy whilst he's down' skill like.... Lacerating Chop or Belly Smash or Crushing blow (even try Renewing Smash to recharge Warriours Endurance) I wont mention the sword one as its for adrenaline and guess what... you dont need it.

(Punish those damnable stance Rangers who suddenly decide to run for it after they've been slammed to the ground and punished twice in a row.... Mwuha ha ha ha ha)
