..if you choose to be bothered is to create a farming build for a certain area!

Kinda like a challenge, I'll even reward a prize for the farming communitys most fav build in the selected area!

The prize: A mini-pig!

The first selected area is Nolani Academy (Mission), you are to create a build that can solo in Hard mode.

For this area alone, due to the nature of the mission we'll focus on opening the gates and mass farming the rushing charr.

Rules
Must be solo (In the event no solo build is found a 2man build will be considered)
Must be Hard mode, due to drops in the normal mode low area being worthless.
Any class, with and secondary is welcomed.
Must meet a min 85% survival rate, no 10% survive 90% die rate builds!

this is just a weird research of a farmnoob i think^^...no challenge
but Earth-Ele with Breeze and Balthaura....shiver armor DOES work..i dont want the pig

No if I was a farming noob I would be farming undead out side the hot springs.

I was trying to add flare to a challenge, thats why I picked the area (not because of any specific loot or special items), and because of the challenge involved.

So Dogman Blutlust, post a screen shot of your completed Hard mode run, and your build is incomplete, otherwise I'll assume its another cookie-cutter know-all knee-jerk post. And is that shiver armour or sliver armour?
I assume you countered the knockdowns somehow, it is possible with an earth-ele.

if you want

cast your maintained enchants run to the switch and check to see what boss spawned. If it is the necro or monk boss just /resign and try again.

You may get knocked down by meteor shower you can use fleeting stability (or not take it and chance it (like I do)). To avoid them from scattering and killing rurik just stand in the corner by the door. The top build is a more stable build. just remember to watch out for the necro and monk boss.

not in this for the mini-pig so im not going to go post a whole strategy run etc.

If you want to make it a challenge you should pick a harder spot for your next challenge.

Don't find the knockdown very hard, just step out of the MS
Were thinking of a SoA build with Mo/N with SS and IP. No degen there so no need for Mo/D anyway
However with SS the Knockdown will be hard

anyone willing to test this build?

And for the next spot I promise it will be harder, this was a begining so I thought something low where everyone is likely to have or easy to get. But yet still offers a challenge. The knockdowns and different bosses sold me on the idea.

This area has been farmed since the beginning of hardmode. Why don't you just do a simple search for it...

I saw he is healing his pet,just didnt think that would be enought to let it survive a whole mob in HM....
