Lightbringer Rank - should I work hard on it?
My toon just got to Vabbi - should I spend some time bringing my 'Lightbringer Rank" up or just play the storyline and my rank fall into place?

It's worth having at least a couple of ranks in Lightbringer. A good place to farm up to r3 (and r4 if you're a bit more patient) is in the Mirror of Lyss by walking outside of Dzagonur Bastion. Hug the wall and walk just outside of Grand Court of Sebelkeh (grab the bounty on the way), then cut straight east and hug the wall until just outside of Honur Hill. Take a few Vabbian keys with you.
The damage boost is definitely helpful, and the damage reduction starts to add up, although it's less significant. If you plan to do serious farming in Nightfall, you'll definitely have to get up to the higher Lightbringer ranks. Last edited by Sun Fired Blank; May 24, 2007 at 12:21 PM // 12:21.. |
