Default D/N build ( need some input )

Hey i'm a level 20 dervish/ warrior and i decided to change my secondary proffession to Necromancer sotell me what you think i'll take criticism aslong as it's constructive.

Attributes
Scythe Mastery: 12 + 3
Curses: 12

Skills
Chilling Victory
Insidious Parasite
Reap Impurities
Reaper's Sweep
Parisitic Bond
Spinal Shivers
Shivers of Dread
Ressurection Signet

Mainly for PvE ie: interruptions + Damage, Make sure you use a Scythe with an Icy Scythe Snathe and a Scythe Grip of Fortitude, i've mainly used it for rotwing farming.

Thanks for any input you may give me for this build.

the idea isn't too bad, but without IAS you're left with one interruption every 1.75 seconds, which is horrendous.
Head pieces grant +1 bonus.
I'm not sure what parasitic bond is doing in that build. Cover hex?

i kind of like the build and may try it out at some time but i was thinking of putting plaque sending in for parasitic bond in case you get condition put on you you could send them away and help out some of your other skills that you use

why do you have both shivers? they last a long time you dont need both. and if you can squeeze in alot of interrupts(IAS) your going to be very low on energy. I would bring something cheaper than chilling.

Spinal Shivers isn't really that good on a Dervish. Despite 4 pips of regen, the class still runs out of energy quite a bit if you over do it and Shiver's/Spinal can drop your energy faster than anything. Unlike say an assassin, Dervish can't reclaim (non-pip) energy by just hitting things and getting a Critical. While playing mesmer, I've Power Flux'ed a few Dervish and they always struggle to keep themselves going.
It may be easier to use Spinal/Shiver's with Zealous Vow at high Air Prayers coupled with Heart of Fury. Still I doubt it's worth it.

Running hexes is a good plan though as Rending Sweep is an awesome skill. Parasitic Bond is always good. Rigor Mortis is gorgeous. While it's better having an ally casting it for you, it's still a good for those blocking foes. Defile Flesh is a stretch but it can make foes very unhappy.
