/D is an excellent choice if you're going to be running dual attunments, mystic regeneration is pretty awesome.
/Mo is probably the most popular, as you get a hard rez and excellent party support skills
Those two are probably best for most air builds, however, there are a few niche skills in other classes-
/A has augury of death, which gives you a deep wound
/Me has epidemic which is great for spreading blind around. Arcane echo is trash though, and elementalist energy management is better than inspiration at the moment
/R has serpent's quickness, which is handy for reducing long recharge skills, like invoke lightning, and also has winter, which can be useful.
