Anyhow, biggest buff; see above comments. (ie, giving eles decent elites, as well as buffing the old "mind" spells.)

Biggest nerf; (for me,) Tigers Fury 33% > 25% attack speed decrease, making it totally unviable to run on a warrior, (I don't use an IAS anymore.)

Biggest nerf period: Sand Shards.

Sand Lasers was the most powerful build, period. PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW

They should have "Old Sand Shards" weekends instead of these silly iffy double/triple-drop themes. Just throw any pretense of balance out the window.

Biggest Nerf: DwG when it got reduced to 5% AP by the last day of the weekend.

Nerf: When i first saw this thread, Veratas Sac came to mind. Before its nerf it was used on EVERY MM skill bar, now after the nerf, anyone that can read can see how usless it is. I mean yea Prot Bond was a HUGE nerf but it still serves its purpose, not only is Veratas Sac nerfed into Oblivion, but its also bugged.

Buff: Icant really think of one right now but from reading everyone elses posts, id have to say SV or The new Ele elites. (If i think of one later ill post it)

Blood of the Master is definitely the most buffed PvE skill ever.

I would rather have Veratas Sac back....

BotM just teaches us to spam the hell out of our skills...no fun playing MM anymore...well not AS much fun.

Veratas Sac just makes the game less tedious...but it's nerfed to crap now. grrrrr

Ether prod really isn't that good. Ether Prism is miles better.

At any rate, biggest nerf was probably black out. Used to be that it didn't drain adrenaline, so warriors could blackout monks then beat them to death while they stood by helplessly. *edit* Chain Lighting spikes were leet till it caused exhaustion */edit*

Biggest buff...that's real tough. The mind skills of eles are pretty good. Spoil Victor was huge.

Biggest Nerf (PvE):
-Minion Master only allowed to have a maximum of 10 minions.
-AI changes and the effect it has had on some of the elementalist skills
(I know both of these aren't skills but I felt they were worth mentioning)
-Prot Bond on your 55

Biggest Nerf (PvP):
-Tigers Fury
-Prot Bond

Biggest Nerf (PvP/PvE):
-Most Paragon skills. I think the pve aspect of paragon got hit the worst but they are hurt in both types of play.

Biggest Buff (PvE):
-Fire eles were strengthened

Biggest Buff (PvP):
-Spoil Victor

Biggest Overall Buff!!!
-ALL NIGHTFALL ELITE SKILLS!!!
ok, before you flame on this comment, take a look at a list of all elite skills in the game (there is one on wiki). Make sure that the skills are catagorized in order of the chapter that they are part of. (again, this is on wiki). If you look at it, there are WAY MORE very good elite skills that came out in nightfall then any other chapter.

I never go anywhere without my Assassin's Promise/Dark Prison BOA sin. If an enemy doesn't die from a 4 attack combo with 2 dual attacks causing poison, bleeding, deep wound, 400+ damage, and ending with Blades of Steel, you shouldn't have been attacking that enemy alone in the first place.

I think you are all missing one of the biggest nerf's ever... The MM Minion Limit Nerf...

I still remember going into SF with my MM and having minions standing on top of each other so they could fit in the corridors at times.....

Biggest Nerf:
Gale, and to a lesser extent Shock
Verata's Sacrifice - I have a picture somewhere with me controlling 37 minions..those were the days
Most recent AoE nerf - had to leave GW for a while as all I really enjoyed doing at the time was just farming here and there with friends or for financial gain
Zealot's Fire - I remember discovering that on my first monk way back in May 05...Watch Yourself+Cyclone Axe+Zealot's=my favorite "smiting monk" combo

Biggest Buff:
Fire Ele skill buffs - encouraged me to actually pick my original char, my ele, back up and play through nightfall with him, Mark of Rodgart+ConjureBarrage on my ranger=fun
Dash - Actually made it a viable running/fleeing solution

As for my real "Biggest Buff" I really don't know...none of the skill buffs in the past have had a real game changing influence on me :/
