Default Grenths balance builds?

I've been playing around with GB. I was just wondering if there are any good builds that center around it for PvP or PvE?

There used to be a MM build that used it. You would use Verattas and Blood Of The Master. Which are sacrafises then use Greniths Balance to get health back up. Cant think of anything else of the top of my head tho.

For a gimmick build u could do a 55 monk/necro and use it for a major spike of damage

You realise that a) 55hp characters get owned in pvp, so that one is out. And b) a 55hp character will be spiking for very very little with Grenths Balance.

PLEASE READ SKILL DESCRIPTIONS.

GB is okay, there are better elites to choose from, but good if you don't want to put much in Necro attributes I suppose. Try poisoning yourself and getting killed then switch life and throw poison on them and pound them with fast spammable damage. I've tried this combo.

CHilblains + GB so the target is a little above half and poisoned, then Obsidian Flame and Parasitic Bond, Obsidian Flame again. Of course someone can recover from this quickly due to a Mend Ailment, so you don't even need to use Chilblains if you don't want to, but I like using it near a monk.
