Assasains in PvE?
This section of the forums has kind of died, but where are Assasains place in PvE?Without something to constantly heal them there going be able to kill quickly, yes but don't front line characters tank in PvE?I didn't get to observe all the assasains skills at the Priest of Balathazar, but it doesn't seem to have too many stances that evade/block.
The assasain seems more like a Pvp Character rather than PvE,where do you think Assasains place in PvE is?

i have been thinking of this for awhile, which sparked my other thread, my guess is a pve assaisin would have a secondary most of the time of monk, since they attack quickly and sometimes double i think a good thing to use be live vigorously and it would rock every time you hit a double attack you would get double the healing =) seems like less damage but if your constantly under fire it could help
idk just seemed like an idea
also if you were assaisin in pve you could probly run away fast and slowly come back with rebirth and get your dead team to safty if the need be =o might work with some of those crazy teleports idk

Tank/Assassin/Bonder/Hexer group with 2 or so tanks, 4 assassins, 1 bonder, and 1 hexer? assassins cast recall on tanks, tanks draw aggro, assassins come in and kick whatever the hell is aggroed to hell with tanks helping, they recall out, the mesmer step in with some fragility and disabling skills (maybe 2 mesmers, 3 assassins?) while the assassins regen or do whatever they need, lather, rinse repeat?

Then play through the storyline with guildies and old comrades who know how to play. If you can't find a random group, make a non-random group.

I'm still not positive how the new professions will factor in GvG but I have a feeling we might see very little change with stuff like adrenal spike, mass e-denial, massive hex degen builds remaining extremely potent. Only time will tell. I hope I'm wrong.

Though this is off-topic, you're in for a shock when Assassins start using the various Shadow Step techniques to completely bypass GvG protocols. Once everyone starts playing GvG in Factions, there are going to be major changes made to the existing guild halls.

They'd actually cast Recall on the Monks and backline spellcasters. ~_^

The trick is to Shadow Step where your enemies aren't around. ~_^

If u wanna take a closer look at assasins skills, try gwfreaks. U'll see there, that assasins are not made for tanking, but for doing lots of damage. Another fact, although they got only few block/evade skills, i think theyre powerful enough to block lots of warriors swings.
