Default Monk build for 4 man Sorrows Furnace

I havent a clue why most people think it takes 2 monks to take care of only 3others for Sorrows Furnace farming (greens for FA or ORO quests). so, here is the build to be both the bonder and healer, and cut the extra monk out, to get more greens dropped for you and your team.

Attributes: 13 protect, 13 heal, 11 divine (thats with one superier rune, and minor for others)

Skill List:

Blessed Signet, Life Barrier (elite), Life Bond, Life Attunement, Essence Bond, Dwaynas Kiss, Healing Seed, Orizon of Healing (backup heal while dwayna is recharging, can also be used on yourself if hit on outside)

thats 3 heals, 4 bonds, and one sig

strategy: hardest part is first couple aggros till minions are built up. when i do 4 man, i tell my team there are only 2 rules to live by. the first being that the tank must not aggro 2 enemy groups at the same time on outside, and to pull if he has to. (like the very first group, with the patrol coming by). the other rule is that at least one necro must bring Blood Ritual in case the monk needs it on the outside. (like against Morgriff where everyone has hexes on them)

once inside, its a piece of cake, as you only have to bond the tank and mostly only will be healing him. with bonds and life attunement, a simple 5 energy costing Dwaynas Kiss will do close to 300hp of healing. Healing Seed works great too.

I've never seen this build fail as long as rule number one is followed. Rule number two is less important, as the monk should be fine on energy with Blessed Signet. Enjoy and happy farming! :-)

I use something similar to your build as I also use a hybrid bonder. I don't use healing seed (I perfer having an energy management spell with me).

whatever works, healing seed is good on inside, with 13 healing, does like 28hp whenever the tank gets hit, for 10 seconds, which is good for like self healing. and since its on inside of SF, energy management isnt a problem (with essence bond, and only having to worry about tank, and if u get a good self healing tank, that uses lots of stances and healing signet and breeze on himself, u barely have to heal him at all :-)) ... feel free to share what you use. God bless :-)

I've gone in 4man groups, as the only monk, and used healing seed and healing hands. With a 20% enchant weapon alone, you can keep one or the other on the tank almost all of the time which will typically keep their life full.
