Earth Magic 16 (Sup Rune + hat)
Energy Storage 13 (minor rune)

Ward Against Melee
Ward Against Foes
Shockwave (E)
Crystal Wave
Teinais Crystals/Obsidian Flame
Earth Attuenment
Sliver Armour
Ressurection Sig

Basically the surmise is you lay down the wards to help your monks and can ball up if you like, Then you walk in and hit Shockwave --> Crystal Wave for some massive AoE around your character. Obsidian Flame is for if you have to help with a spike and are too far away or just want to hit somthing at a distance. Sliver armours great as it give you a 52% chance to block and adds to close in AoE damage. The only problem I can forsee is energy and with a properly structured team this isn't a problem. (We were actually running a BiP Warrior.)

As an added bonus for 12v12 where a res sig isn't usefull you can bring Arcane Echo to Double up the shckwave goodness.

Ah heh, Sorry the old build contained Deaths Charge, I made some changes to the strategy to represent the changes I made to the build

BiP Warriors aren't that unusual, actually. I actually ran one once.

If this is PvE, I would say it's not bad, except you have to get your Warrior to survive that aggro before moving in.

If this is PvP, you've got to use this very carefully.
