This skill can be capped outside of Augury rock, Kephket, or "The Queen" uses this skill, and although it can be quite annoying to kill her, it is a sure and succesful cap everytime, for she is always in the same spot. Lot easier than what i read from u others!

Yeah. Kephket is now the obvious best source for Mark of Protection.
