I disagree. Arcane Echo, Echo, Mending is key.

Maybe I'm dumb, but why would you want to echo Mending?

That was fun.
An indication of how bad the people are at the game is that I wasn't healing my team, but theirs. My team still managed to win.

Shame on you people. This person was clearly asking for some advice and you try and make a joke of it.
May I suggest heading over to The Campfire forums here. They are set up for people to discuss builds and stuff. You'll find lots of helpful advice there.

He was asking a rather vague question on a discussion forum.
Asking advice would have been: I have a Warrior/Necro and have such and such skills which I use like this. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be effective as I'd like to do this and I was wondering if I could get some advice on working Warrior and Necromancer skills together to do this or if there is a better secondary suited for this?

We don't even know what Primary he wants to use. So unclear and vague.
Here's some examples:
W/Me - some solo runs possible w/ this combo
W/N - Plague Touch
W/Mo - good for a lot of PvE and can solo some stuff
W/E - KD w/ Hammer
W/R - IWAY I suppose

Warriors, monks, and necromancers are the only PvE professions. You can change your secondary later in the game, so don't worry about that. Pick which of those 3 you like the best and go kill things.
Peace,

Rangers do fairly well in PvE, especially once you cap Barrage. A ranger is almost necessary for the later parts of the game, since interruption becomes much more important.
