New Skills infinergy no exhaust ele
just looking through guildwiki, i came across these 2 skills:
Energy Boon (e)
You gain 10...18 energy. Energy Boon causes Exhaustion.
Second Wind
You gain 1 Energy for each point of Energy lost due to Exhaustion. This spell causes Exhaustion.
surely with the them both having 5 second recast times and only costing 5 energy you could spam any ele skills exhaust or not for a long long time?

until you get all exhaustioned out. Not like these skills are anything new, we already have EP for pretty much unlimited energy.

but the second skill could be used in conjunction with the first surely to remove all exhaustion, unlike ether prodigy. also means constant metoer showers would never be a problem

Yes but the thing is, it doesn't REMOVE exhaustion. It just gives you 1 energy for each point of energy lost from exhaustion. It won't remove it, just give you energy for having it on you.
Eventually, you won't have any Energy at all because of all the Exhaustion, so there's no Mana Pool left for Energy to be restored to.
Get it now?

They don't work like you think. It's more like this.
Use boon, gain -10-18 energy, become exausted. Now, if you were to use Second Wind right away, you'd gain 10 energy, and get hit with a second exaustion. Using Second Wind again would net you somewheres around ~18 energy (Because some exaustion would have been recovered) and become exausted for a third time. Nowhere does Second Wind say it cures exaustion.
I'm only going on skill descriptions here, if you go out and find it works exactly like the descritions say it shouldn't, then that would be one of the worst descriptions ever.

ah, didnt read it properly sorry, i thought it removed energy. oh well it will probaby be nerfed anyway...
although i do like the look of energy boon as opposed to EP

I just use Ele/monk with Essence bond on 2-3 teamates and mana is much less of a problem in TA and RA.
Just make sure to wear 2 of the new +1 mana regen items and you will find that energy can be less of a problem.
I have not even tried to use it with energy boon or anything but it works well on its own.

if such item do exists, this offically marks the death of ele as a class. Large energy pool is pretty much the only advantage left...after all the nerf and buff of other classes and now there's nothing.

+1 regen items would be game breaking, I doubt very much they exist.
