Default N/Mo Zaishen Challenge IWAY Team Solo (1 Minute Win)

Ok, recently I had nothing to do so I decided to experiment with Zaishen challenge and farm faction. As a result... I found a build that kills IWAY in about 1 minute. Here is the build.

55 HP N/Mo, Full scar armor with superior runes.

Weapons:

Fiery Flame Spitter of Enchanting
17-20%
and
-50 HP Grim Cesta

Skills:

Guardian, Desecrate Enchantments, Spiteful Spirit, Essence Bond, Balthasar's Spirit, Mending, Healing Breeze, Protective Spirit.

Attributes:

16 Curses
9 Healing
9 Prot
5 Blood (for -50 HP Icon)
5 Soul Reaping

Process:

I usually choose D'Allessio arena for this because I like the structure and environment there. Once loaded, cast Essence Bond, Balthasar's Spirit and Mending on yourself. As the gate opens, go right to the mountain and once you see the enemies close enough, activate Protective Spirit and Healing Breeze because IWAY Warriors use bows. Cast Spiteful Spirit on one of the warriors fast (DO NOT CAST IT ON THE ANIMALS). Animals will be attacking you so dont forget to renew Protective Spirit and Healing Breeze every time and activate Guardian if you're taking too much damage or if warriors begin to use axe. You might get interrupted a few times. If warriors start running after you put SS on them, don't worry just follow them and they will shoot arrows at you and will kill themselves. It's good to keep up SS on at least 2 warriors for 1 minute win. IMPORTANT: ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT CAST IT ON PETS!!! If warriors run low on HP and your SS was interrupted and they suddenly start running off, cast Desecrate Enchantments on them. Usually takes me 1 minute or less to kill the whole team and get 100+ faction. Full unlock for GW here I come .

And a screenie

I've made something like that using a Mesmer style build...

Too bad you can only use it after a few times since the darn thing won't let you get faction over and over again...

;_;

Personally, I use a N/E because well, Geomancy ftw.

My build:

Curses: 16 (12+3+1)
Earth Magic: 12
Soul Reaping: 3

I start off casting Aura of Restoration as I enter the arena, then Armor of Earth and Magnetic Aura as they start to close. then I cast SS on one of the warriors, cast Enfeebling Blood on the whole group, use a glyph of energy and cast Kinetic Armor, then cast SS on another warrior. then I just use Stone Daggers about every 5 seconds to keep up my Kinetic Armor and wait for them to die. Doesnt take long

Hey Yukito...could you post that Mesmer build. My main is a Mes and I would like to try this.
Also. could someone explain how the faction thing works...how many times can you play before you stop getting faction?...etc.

Here is what I use, I can solo it in around 20-30 seconds.

Monk/Warrior

Skills

1. Healing Breeze
2. Mending
3. Symbol of Wrath
4. Balthazars Aura
5. Protective Spirit
6. Bonneti's Defence
7. Zealots Fire
8. Shield of Judgement {Elite Skill}

Runes:

1. Sup Healing Prayers
2. Sup Smiting Prayers
3. Sup Divine Favor
4. Sup Protection Prayers
5. Extra Sup Rune (NOT VIGOR)

Attributes:

15 Smiting Prayers (+3 from rune and +1 from scalp)
14 Protection Prayers (+3 from rune)
9 Healing Prayers (+3 from rune)
9 Devine Favor (+3 from rune)

Now onto your health...

Weapon:

There is 2 ways you can do this, if you make a pvp character to do this, chances are you will not have the 55 Monk Offhand. So I created a different way that works just as good.

Here is the First of 2 types you can use:

Smiting Staff Combo #1:

Energy +10
Holy/Light Dmg: 11-22 (Req. 9 Smiting Prayers)
Improves casting spead using Smiting Prayer Skill (Chance 20%)
Improves Skill Recharge using Smiting Prayer Skill (Chance 20%)
Energy +5 (Always)
Enchantments Last 20% Longer

Or if you fell like going out and buying one, you can use a -50 Health offhand Grim Chesta and a very good wand.
But it is not required for this build.

With the staff you have 105 health, but with the enchantments last 20% longer the improved casting and recharge by 20% each, and a total of +15 Energy you can kill them easy.

**TIP**

When you start, choose the place I did in my pic, (make sure to go solo because if in a group one of them will run past you and res any you killed) and stad close to the wall, when they come, keep protective spirit and mending on you always. From here they will run at you, fire a few bow shots then send there pets in, once they get almost to you, cast healing breeze, followed by Shield of Judgement, Balthazars Aura and Symbol of Wrath all at once, and within keep Protective Spirit on, and within 10-20 second you should have one. If you run out of energy use Bonneti's Defence. And before they get to you cast zealots fire.

(make sure to go solo because if in a group one of them will run past you and res any you killed)

Also if they cast weekness on you, your health will drop from 105 to 84, also another upside to using a staff instead of uning a -50 health Grim Chesta Monk Offhand.
